By accessing this website, purchasing products, enrolling in a subscription, or using the AfterBody App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

1. Educational Purpose & No Medical Advice

AfterBody Health provides dietary supplements and educational nutrition and fitness guidance.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information provided through our website, products, app, or consultations is for educational purposes only.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any supplement, nutrition, or exercise program, particularly if you are using GLP-1–based medications or have underlying medical conditions.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
 Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

 

2. Subscription & Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

You authorize AfterBody Health to charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or other displayed term), at the price disclosed at the time of purchase.

The total price, billing frequency, and automatic renewal terms will be clearly presented to you before you complete your purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support at support@afterbodyhealth.com.

Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund payments already processed. If you purchased a fixed-term commitment (e.g., 3-month or 6-month plan), cancellation will stop renewal beyond the commitment period but does not void any remaining payment obligations within that commitment period.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase containing subscription details. Renewal reminder notices will be provided where required by applicable law.


 

 

3. App Access & Membership Benefits

Access to the AfterBody App is available exclusively to active subscribers.

If your subscription is canceled or expires, access to the app and related features will terminate at the end of your billing cycle.

Active subscribers may be eligible for one complimentary 30-minute nutrition strategy session. This session is educational in nature and does not establish a medical provider-patient relationship.

 

 

4. User Responsibility & Medical Clearance

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically fit to participate in any exercise or nutrition program.

  • You are responsible for selecting appropriate weights, intensity levels, and modifications.

  • You will consult a licensed healthcare professional prior to beginning any supplement, nutrition, or exercise regimen.

AfterBody Health does not monitor real-time activity and provides no physical supervision.

 

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened products for safety and quality-control reasons.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact support@afterbodyhealth.com within seven (7) days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable time.

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund prior payments.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.


 

 

6. No Guarantees of Results

AfterBody Health does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle gain

  • Fat loss

  • Metabolic improvements

  • Energy improvements

  • Prevention of medication side effects

Results vary based on individual factors including adherence, genetics, health status, and lifestyle.

Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and not guarantees of future performance.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AfterBody Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to personal injury, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or emotional distress arising from use of our products, services, website, or app.

In no event shall AfterBody Health’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by you to AfterBody Health in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AfterBody Health and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the website, products, or app

  • Your participation in any nutrition or exercise program

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of products

  • Any content or information you submit

This obligation survives termination of your account or subscription.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, logos, and app materials are the property of AfterBody Health and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

 

 

10. Modification of Services

AfterBody Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, features, app functionality, or pricing for future billing cycles.

Such changes will not affect active commitment periods but may apply upon renewal.

 

 

11. Force Majeure

AfterBody Health shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet disruptions, government actions, or supply chain interruptions.

 

 

12. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or making a purchase, you consent to receive electronic communications from AfterBody Health, including transactional emails and subscription-related notices.

 

 

13. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Agreement to Arbitrate

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, subscription, use of the app, products, marketing, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration Procedure

Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator through a recognized arbitration provider under applicable consumer arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

Waiver of Jury Trial

You and AfterBody Health waive any right to a trial by jury.

Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of your first purchase by sending written notice to customer.success@afterbodyhealth.com

 

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

 

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AfterBody Health and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
